La vision du FMC est d'aider les professionnels de la santé canadiens à aider les autres. Notre mission consiste à encourager le bénévolat et à promouvoir la philanthropie parmi les professionnels de la santé. L'objectif de notre programme est la promotion de la diversité et de l'équité au sein des professionnels de la santé grâce à des partenariats et des programmes qui soutiennent les communautés sous-représentées.
La diversité dans les soins de santé permet de garantir que toutes les expériences et perspectives soient représentées de manière adéquate dans le domaine médical et que les meilleurs soins possibles soient prodigués à tous les patients.
