Support for Humanitarian Efforts

Internationally, the CMF has a long history of working with physicians to raise support to address the significant and lasting medical needs that most are typical of natural disasters. For example, the CMF engaged in a three-year effort to address medical needs in Haiti and more recently in Nepal following devastating earthquakes.

Closer to home the CMF has been working closer with the Sanctuary Refugee Health Clinic in Kitchener, Ontario to establish a model that might be considered for the delivery of medical services to refugees and others.
